Job Summary As an Experienced Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and web. You will work from home in a remote environment, using your technical skills and knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to billing, insurance verification, products, and services. This is a full-time position, requiring a flexible schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. You will work 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of more or less time due to business requirements. Main Functions and Responsibilities Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. Identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have in each interaction, using your knowledge and technical skills to resolve issues. Take ownership of solving problems, learning from beginning to end, or escalating to pharmacists for clinical advice when necessary. Deliver the best service experience to our customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs. Provide technical assistance to our customers while browsing pharmacy. Amazon. Com. Eligibility Criteria To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility criteria: Live in the state of Arizona. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Have more than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications. Have multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills. Have a high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Be able to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two weeks' notice. Be able to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and give full attention to the client during work hours. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Work experience in the medical field. Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
