Position OverviewAs an LPN in the Day Habilitation/Group Home program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing essential medical care, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for their health and well-being. Schedule OptionsOpening 1Day Shift (rotating schedule) | 7 AM 3 PMWeek 1: Sunday, ThursdayWeek 2: Monday, Friday, SaturdayOpening 2Evening Shift | 3 PM 11 PMOpening 3Overnight Shift | 11 PM 7 AMStart Date: Approximately two weeks from offer acceptance.
