Principal Supply Chain Analyst | Compliance

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Principal Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and serve as the subject matter expert on contract and procurement compliance. This role is essential in ensuring our compliance with CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review) requirements, FAR/DFARS regulations, and all applicable government contracting standards. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Law, Government Contracts, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)8+ years of experience in a contracts, procurement, or compliance role with DoD or government contractorsDeep understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and CPSR readinessDemonstrated experience developing and delivering compliance trainingStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiativesExperience with contract flow-downs, subcontract management, and internal controlsProficiency in Microsoft Office and government/compliance systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, SAM.gov, eSRS, PIEE)BenefitsMeaningful work that directly supports the U.
