Insurance Customer Service Representative Welty Insurance Group is looking for our next great team member (s). We are a locally owned, family operated agency with five locations. Requirements: • Property & Casualty license is a plus but will train the right candidate • 1-2 Years of office experience (preferred, but not required) • Trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior. • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening. Responsibilities: • Assist current customers with payments, questions, and service • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed. • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Support can include responding to inquiries: regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification and other service related tasks • Quote new policies, submit applications and assist sales staff as needed Benefits: • Paid time off - holidays (after 1 year of service) • Paid time off – for vacation and personal time (after 1 year of service) If you are motivated to succeed, and can see yourself in this role, please apply.
