In this role you'll be responsible for working collaboratively with College Recruiters, Advisors, Transfer Advisors, and Financial Aid Staff, System Financial Aid and Institutional Research (IR) staff, University inbound advisors, University staff, and eligible CCCS college students, to ensure students are identifying transfer partners in their first semester and that eligible students are contacted regularly to be made aware of the opportunity. You'll then coach eligible students through the scholarship application and transfer processes. Note: This position is term-limited and funded through June 30, 2028. Examples of Duties • Meet with CCCS college staff and ensure they are aware of and helping (BtoBD) participants identify their transfer institution within their first semester and are aware of the Reisher Bridge scholarship, partner institutions, and scholarship requirements. • Coach students on meeting the requirements of the Reisher scholarship at the transfer institution. Encourage students to apply and follow up with them throughout the process. • Hold regular in-person and virtual gatherings for potential Reisher scholars at CCCS colleges or other locations as available. • Responsible for the planning, development, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of communication strategies regarding the Reisher Bridge Scholarship program for CCCS. • Work with System IR and Financial Aid to identify eligible students and assist in the processing of their scholarship application and financial aid awards. • Routinely meet with Reisher university institutions to keep up to date on scholarship requirements and provide Reisher universities with data regarding their future transfer students. • Travel across Colorado to CCCS colleges to promote the Reisher scholarship program. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent years of education and/or experience in addition to that required below may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis. • Experience working in a student affairs functional area, preference given to scholarship management or transfer advising. Work Location/Travel Expectations: • The main office is on the Lowry Campus, 9101 E Lowry Blvd., Denver, CO 80230. • Frequent in-state travel is required. • Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for college events. • Alternative work arrangements, including flexible schedules and hybrid-remote work may be available.
