Overview of the Finance Rotational Development Program Our Finance Rotational Development Program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to succeed in the finance industry. As a participant in this program, you'll have the opportunity to rotate through various finance functions, including Sourcing Finance, Treasury, Digital Finance, Corporate Finance, and more. This comprehensive program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and guidance from senior finance leaders, enabling you to develop a deep understanding of the finance landscape and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Rotational Partner Work with various internal customer groups, such as retail operations, consumer products, and international businesses, to develop analytics and drive solutions for growth. Create financial statements, assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, and develop forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for four distinct finance or accounting departments. Share your development plans and receive regular guidance from senior finance leadership. Build relationships across the finance organization. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Finance Rotational Partner, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in finance, accounting, or economics, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You'll also need to be a strategic thinker, able to synthesize data into actionable insights and drive growth through informed decision-making.
