About the Role and Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Senior GL Accountant who will work closely with our existing team to drive process improvements for our operating cost capability. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and PCAOB standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including FP&A and operational partners, to achieve business objectives and drive forward process enhancements. Prepare and review journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for assigned areas of the general ledger Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of monthly close processes and quarterly reviews Collaborate with external auditors to provide support and guidance on annual audits and quarterly reviews Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including FP&A, operational partners, and external auditors, on significant accounting matters Participate in ad-hoc investigations and projects to drive process improvements and enhance our accounting capabilities Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, including US GAAP and PCAOB standards. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. A CPA certification is highly desirable. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and process large datasets. Proficiency in NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite is a plus.
