Orient customers through the initial phases of platform/product engagement. Facilitate customer onboarding onto the platform by devising instructional workflows and FAQs. Record customer engagements within the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy and currency of records. Utilize the client's ticketing system to monitor service inquiries and gather customer feedback.
