About the Role: Director of Sales - Costco We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our Costco channel sales efforts. As the National Sales Director for Costco - RTD + Packaged Coffee, you'll be responsible for driving step-change physical availability, net revenue, and market share growth in Costco and potentially other Club Accounts. This is a remote role that requires a strong and diverse skillset, a passion for sales and customer development, and the ability to work collaboratively with our Broker Partner and internal cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Performance Delivery: Develop and execute annual plans through our Broker Partner to achieve Net Revenue Growth, Distribution, and Market Share objectives. Customer Development: Organize sales and broker resources to translate BRCC opportunities into Club-specific category growth plans, leveraging the retailer's strategy and managing top-to-top relationships with key accounts. Vision & Planning: Convert internal plans into Joint Business Plans with our partners, motivating cross-functional and Broker resources to support execution and delivery against business targets. Demand Planning: Assist with forecasting for Club Accounts, providing input into new product concepts, launch forecasts, replenishment forecasts, and overall brand plans. Fiscal Management: Track trade spending across assigned customers and manage budgetary responsibilities. Gap Closing: Proactively identify gaps in plan and product offering, providing solutions to close gaps in a timely manner. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide critical customer input into business strategies and activity sets. Talent Development: Take an active role in developing the talent on the broader FDM Sales Team. Contributing to a High-Performing Team: Productively influence cross-functionally, creating and implementing innovative ways to sell, merchandise, and market our products. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5-7+ years of Club Channel experience in sales and management within the Consumer Products industry. A proven track record of building and accelerating successful businesses in Club customers directly or through a Broker Partner. A strong understanding of customer P&L and the levers available to improve financial performance for BRCC. Ability to develop internal plans (AOP) and External Plans (JBP) that deliver on BRCC and Customer objectives. 2+ years of People or Team Management experience in the Consumer Products industry. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Mid-level Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience in the coffee or food and beverage industry. Knowledge of the Club Channel and its dynamics. Experience working with cross-functional teams and Broker Partners. Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
