We are seeking a skilled and motivated Google Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure and automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable DevOps solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline CI/CD processes, optimize infrastructure performance, and ensure high availability and security of cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, VPC, Cloud Storage, etc.)Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub ActionsAutomate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Deployment ManagerImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Stackdriver, Prometheus, or GrafanaEnsure secure configuration of cloud resources using IAM, service accounts, and encryption standardsCollaborate with developers to support microservices, containerization, and Kubernetes (GKE)Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud deploymentsConduct regular disaster recovery and security auditsRequired Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with at least 1+ year hands-on in Google Cloud PlatformStrong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and architecture best practicesExperience with Terraform, Helm, or similar IaC toolsProficiency in CI/CD tools and version control systems like GitHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (especially GKE)Good understanding of Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)Knowledge of security, compliance, and DevSecOps best practicesGoogle Cloud Platform certification (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional DevOps Engineer) is a plusEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
