Key Responsibilities As a Digital Sales Consultant, Inbound, you'll be responsible for: Engaging with small businesses from across the country to understand their financial needs and challenges Providing expert guidance on our connected solutions, including QuickBooks, TurboTax, and other Intuit products Asking insightful questions to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our solutions Converting prospects into customers by presenting tailored solutions that meet their business needs Ensuring customers are on the right platform for their business, measured by online mix rates Selling connected services that solve more than the core problem they initially presented with, measured by attach rates Driving revenue growth by exceeding your sales goals Spending at least 70% of your time interacting with customers, measured by productive time Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong background in sales, preferably in the financial services or software industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers A consultative sales approach, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, including CRM systems Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience with Intuit products, such as QuickBooks or TurboTax A background in financial services or accounting Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid sales environment A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Skills and Competencies To excel as a Digital Sales Consultant, Inbound, you'll need to possess: Customer-centricity: A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Sales expertise: A proven ability to sell complex financial solutions to small businesses Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply Problem-solving skills: The ability to think critically and creatively to solve customer problems Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing sales environments, customer needs, and product offerings Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Intuit, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
