Job Duties:Configuring and working with databases and developing functions and queries. Developing, testing, and deploying GIS software and GIS datasets. Developing scripts and/or object orient programming (python preferred). Running GIS data extract, transform, load (ETL) workflows, manually or through scheduled automation, including triggers, actions, indicators, notifications, and logging. Testing and troubleshooting technical issues with GIS database scripts, tools, and/or workflows. Required Skills:Ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience Experience in configuring and working with databases, developing functions and queries. Experience developing GIS software and GIS datasets then testing and deploying. Experience in developing scripts and or object orient programming, python preferred. Experience in running GIS data ETL workflows, manually or through schedule, including triggers, actions, indicators, notifications and logging. Experience in testing and troubleshooting technical issues with GIS databases scripts, tools, and or workflows. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in geography, math, computer science, or related. A minimum of 6 years of experience.
