Lead QA Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Lead QA Engineer. Key responsibilities include:UI and regression testing ApprovalMax productAnalyze requirements and discussing tasks with the teamDevelop test scenarios and checklists, maintaining them up-to-dateCreate test instructions and documentationAnalyze test results and providing reports on the outcomesInteract with automation team (web and mobile version). Main requirements:5+ years of experience in testingExperience in managing a QA team (hiring, onboarding, training, and development)Knowledge of testing theory and basic testing methodologies, understanding the basic principles of software testingUnderstanding the software development life cycleUnderstanding of client-server architecture and web application principlesExperience in testing mobile versionsExperience with Jira / Confluence / CI-CD / Git systemsStrong knowledge of HTML /CSS/ xPath /DevToolsExperience with ELK systemsExperience with Sentry or similar systemsExperience in forming the structure of test documentsExperience interacting with the autotesting department on the manual tester side, to generate queries and analyze autotestsGood experience in working and testing with databasesGood knowledge of PostmanExperience with Charles (Fiddler)Ability to generate timely, concise and complete performance reportsAbility to independently build team interaction with PMs and developersExperience in an accounting subject areaKnowledge and understanding of RESTful API architectureExperience in running load testsExperience automating web on Playwright and mobile versions will be an added plusExperience with the Zephyr Scale test-engineering system will be an added plus Working as a part of cross-functional Scrum team, building efficient communication within and outside the teamAbility to organize work in a remote formatAnalytical thinking and attention to detailProficient in Russian is a plus, but not requiredB2 English level (both written and spoken)Portfolio with samples of test cases, bug reports, code samples of any kind: API requests, JMeter, automated tests, personal websites, etc. This role is:Full-time and permanent.
