We are seeking dedicated married couples to serve as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will live in on-campus student homes, offering guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students. Your role is essential in providing a nurturing, family-like environment while managing responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will work with various student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

- Competitive salary of $44,768 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $165,000 for the couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Qualifications:
- Experience with youth, particularly from under-served backgrounds, is preferred.
- A married couple with a minimum of two years of legal marriage.
- Both spouses must be aged 27 or older.
- Only three dependent children allowed to reside in the student home.
- Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free environment; no alcohol consumption while on duty.
- Limitations on pets; fish and one dog of approved breeds permitted.
- A valid U. S. driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (proselytizing is not allowed).
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
- Both spouses must submit separate employment applications.
