As a client advisor, you will use our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients, set virtual appointments, and help them apply for the best plan for their needs. Key Responsibilities Connect with clients who have requested a consultation and set virtual appointments to review their options Use our technology-driven CRM to manage client interactions and track application status Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the application process Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company products to provide informed guidance to clients Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals Advisor Compensation and Benefits As a Workwarp advisor, you can earn a competitive salary with the potential to earn up to $120k or more in your first year, regardless of experience. Our average full-time advisors enroll at least five clients per week, and our top advisors protect 15 to 20 clients per week. In addition to commissions, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You will be vested from day one and may qualify for equity incentives and an agency contract, which gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.
