About the position Responsibilities • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers. • Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels including voice and digital. • Participate in training to develop skills necessary for engaging with customers effectively. • Support customers in understanding their 401K plans and related services. • Engage in team activities and well-being support during work hours. Requirements • Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication. • Listening and compassion skills to support the challenges of diverse customers. • Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in various work environments. • Self-motivated teammate with strong social skills who brings energy and passion to the team. • Ability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test. Nice-to-haves • Experience in customer service or related fields. • Familiarity with financial products and services.
