About the Role As a Product Manager, Customer Service, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our contact center platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data engineering, as well as third-party vendors, to deliver a seamless experience for our customer support agents and members. This is a senior role that requires a strong leader who can drive strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Provide product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools. Collaborate with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs. Work closely with engineering and data science teams, as well as third-party vendors, to manage integrations and adoption of product features. Understand regional differences in support expectations and tailor the experience accordingly. Expand product management responsibilities to other tools as business needs arise. Embody the unique Netflix culture and values. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in product management for customer-facing or internal products, with a focus on customer support contact centers. Knowledge of Contact Center Platform, CCaaS, CPaaS, or UCaaS, whether third-party or in-house build. Ability to make tough decisions informed by data and judgment. Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and agent experience. Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and agent experiences. Organizational leadership and influence without authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be beneficial: Experience working with global products. Ability to motivate and lead engineers and developers.
