JOB POSTING Coordinator of Part Time Programs - Partnership 1.0 FTE August 22, 2025 Job Summary: Under the direction of the administrators, the Coordinator of Part Time Programs oversees the enrollment, registrar, and communication processes for the part-time program to ensure that innovative programs are available to all students within the district and beyond for a high quality flexible learning experience. Qualifications: Required: • Possesses a bachelor's degree or experience in a related field • Proficient knowledge and use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office products, and student data systems • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven organizational skills • Working knowledge of pupil accounting and innovative programming in education • Demonstrated successful communication skills with students, staff, parent and community Desired Characteristics: • Prior office experience preferred • Ability to handle many job responsibilities and prioritize duties • Demonstrated success as a collaborator and proven team player • Ability to plan and organize; good work habits • Experience in the homeschool community, education, and program coordination Duties: • To assist students, parents, and staff related to innovative programs • Oversee the compliance and maintain student records in accordance with pupil accounting requirements • Coordinate marketing, student recruitment, and enrollment processes • Communicate effectively with students, staff and parents • Plan, attend, or assist in community outreach events • Perform other duties as assigned by the Innovative Program Supervisor and Partnership Director STATEMENT OF NON-DISCRIMINATION The Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, including sexual orientation or transgender identity, disability, age, religion, height, weight, marital or family status, military status, ancestry, genetic information or any other legally protected category, in its programs and activities, including employment opportunities.
