DaVita is looking for a senior analyst passionate about value based care to support Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC). DaVita IKC is the renal population health management division of DaVita serving 100,000+ end stage renal disease (ESRD) and late stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients across the U. S. A key component of DaVita IKC’s strategy is best in class healthcare analytics. This team is responsible for developing data analytics and solutions that help inform our clinical model of care, operations execution, and physician and program performance management. This role has the ability to be fully remote OR hybrid depending on your location. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – What you will be doing Conduct analysis of high complexity under guidance from the team, develop novel analyses and reports Synthesize clear takeaways from complex analysis into clear takeaways and recommendations Collaborate with diverse teams to come up with the best answer within given deadline Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS – What you need to succeed in this role High energy individuals with a passion for value based healthcare and solving complex issues 3 years of professional experience using SQL and managing Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems degrees preferred, but not required Prior work experience in healthcare industry preferred (such as medical economics, health plans, healthcare consulting, analytics, private equity, accounting, banking, audit, managed care, or operations with a healthcare focus) Demonstrated ability to master new content quickly Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations Should have inquisitiveness to learn & grow, to stay engaged, and work on finding the problems in time. Salary/ Wage Range $62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
