Overview We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to manage some of our most high-profile client relationships and lead the delivery of impactful, cross-channel content. This is a client-facing role for a confident communicator and creative thinker who can direct campaign activity, commission top-tier content, and ensure consistency across platforms and formats. You will work closely with clients, designers, filmmakers, editors, and writers to bring strategic ideas to life. From producing briefings to leading content brainstorms and managing delivery, you’ll be central to shaping our clients’ digital presence and reputation. Key Responsibilities Act as the day-to-day lead for key accounts, including political, government and public sector clients. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular in-person and virtual meetings. Lead the development and implementation of content strategies across social, video, web and email. Commission and brief creative teams across graphics, photography, and video production. Oversee delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and impact. Analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social insights to inform recommendations. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and creative output remains best-in-class. Stay abreast of platform trends, audience behaviours and political/corporate digital strategies. Skills & Experience Proven experience managing high-profile client accounts, ideally in a public affairs, creative or political setting. Strong track record of managing cross-channel content production – from briefing to delivery. Excellent relationship management and client handling skills, both in-person and remotely. Clear understanding of digital comms, brand strategy and audience targeting. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with competing priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and project management software. Experience working with creative teams (designers, filmmakers, animators, editors etc). Politically aware, creatively sharp and highly organised.
