Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Assist in snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal tasks to keep the property well-maintained year-round.
