CitizenshipActive security clearance neededPower Platform - Copilot - PL 900 Certification is requiredKey Responsibilities:Define, document, and implement governance of Copilot use. Define, document, and implement compliance (and compliance enforcement) of Copilot agent use. Define, document, and implement governance of custom Copilot development via Copilot Studio. Lead governance working sessions with key stakeholders in order to define Copilot governance and compliance. Define, document, and implement compliance (and compliance enforcement) of custom Copilot development via Copilot Studio. Provide guidance and training for Copilot use to end users. Provide guidance and training for custom Copilot Studio development for citizen developers. Author / Maintain MPP Governance document(s) and other MPP documentation (e.g. SOPs, presentations). Work with CoP members / MPP platform team to ensure adherence to MPP Governance plan. Answer questions related to standards / guidelines on Power Platform and Copilot development. Provide recommendations and develop material around training developers and users related to the use of the Platform. Conduct ad-hoc training as needed. Required Qualifications:Education:BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree. Experience/Skills:Federal Client requires ship. Greater than 5 years of specific administration support experience. Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 services and general IT practices. Experience with admin tools in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, Copilot Control System, and Power Platform. Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and compliance standards. Knowledge of MPP platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Automate Desktop and Copilot). Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with strong customer facing experience. Well organized, proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform App Development. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:Support (and lead where possible) all necessary ATO processes required for Copilot use. Lead Copilot readiness assessment activities. Design and implement centralized Copilot administration across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts). Design and implement Copilot activity monitoring, governance, and compliance across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts). Design and implement Copilot grounded knowledge configuration and use across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts). Design and implement Copilot Studio use guidelines and governance and how it integrates with Microsoft Power Platform app development. Design and implement Azure AI Foundry use guidelines and governance; coordinating with Azure app development stakeholders. Provide technical lead support for governance planning, implementation, and enforcement of Copilot use. Provide technical lead support for all necessary ATO activity for Copilot use. Design and conduct pilots of Copilot capabilities as needed. Design and lead execution of rollout plans for Copilot capabilities as they become ready for rollout. Design Purview and other M365 Admin configurations for Copilot use. Provide technical lead support for integration of Copilot with Microsoft Power Platform app development and use. Provide technical lead support for end user adoption, training, and solution design. Required Qualifications:Education:BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree. Experience/Skills:Federal Client requires ship. Greater than 8 years of Azure systems architecture design and implementation. Greater than 5 years of Microsoft Power Platform architecture design and implementation. Familiarity with AI tools, data connectors, and low-code/no-code configuration. Knowledge of data security, privacy, and information assurance techniques when working with cloud systems. Experience using and developing on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure. Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in M365, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure AI. Experience deploying AI or automation tools in an enterprise environment.
