We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information via live chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time assistance through live chat. • Identify customer needs and guide them to the appropriate solutions. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service processes. • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support. • Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates. • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using live chat software and CRM tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
