Key Responsibilities As a Growth Data Scientist/Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions and performance improvements. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards for acquisition and engagement channels (such as influencer/affiliate, organic, VIP, and paid acquisition) to monitor user growth and campaign effectiveness, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Assisting in the development of predictive models that guide strategic decisions on acquisition and engagement, incorporating advanced analytics techniques including time series analysis, predictive analytics, and recommender systems to forecast user behavior and preferences. Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategies and optimize growth initiatives, with a focus on enhancing user experience and retention. Automating repetitive tasks and data processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity, leveraging scripting languages and data automation tools to streamline workflows. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with a strong foundation in mathematical and statistical concepts. Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision making. Familiarity with User Acquisition (UA) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts, with experience in analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and manage large data sets, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Experience with statistical software such as R, Python, or Julia, and libraries for managing, manipulating, and analyzing data, including Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, and to present findings in a clear and concise manner. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of acquisition campaign platforms and tools such as Appsflyer, SensorTower, or similar platforms, with experience in analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and ROI. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the crypto industry, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications. Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master’s or Ph. D. in Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering. Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with experience in designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
