You will play a key role in optimizing our data processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a data-driven culture. What You Will Do: • Precision Data Input & Management: Accurately and efficiently input, cleanse, and manage diverse data sets using Apple's latest software and applications (e.g., Apple Numbers, AppleScript, potentially leveraging integrations with other Apple platforms). This includes data migration, validation, and ensuring data consistency across various systems. • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust data quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors. Develop and document data validation rules and procedures. • Process Optimization & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering) to identify opportunities to improve data processes, workflows, and data governance. Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven solutions. Act as a data subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues. • Data Analysis & Reporting Support: Assist in the extraction, manipulation, and analysis of data to support reporting and decision-making. Create and maintain data documentation and metadata. • System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot data entry systems and processes. Identify and resolve technical issues related to data input and management. Stay up-to-date with new Apple technologies and tools relevant to data management. Responsibilities: • Perform data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy and speed, consistently meeting or exceeding established performance metrics. • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive data, adhering to all relevant data privacy regulations and company policies. • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors, escalating issues as necessary. • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless data operations and information sharing. • Document data entry procedures, data validation rules, and system configurations. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data dictionaries and metadata repositories. • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance data management skills and expertise. • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment. Requirements: • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in data entry and analysis. • Apple Ecosystem Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Apple's operating systems (macOS), applications (Numbers, Pages, Keynote), and data management tools. Experience with AppleScript is a significant plus. • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Proven typing speed of at least 65 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy. • Independent Work & Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. • Data Management Fundamentals: Solid understanding of data management best practices, including data quality, data governance, and data security. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management) preferred.
