THE ROLE We’re seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant & People Team Operations leader who combines world‑class C-Suite executive support with strategic acumen and operational leadership. Acting as the Chief People Officer’s (CPO) trusted thought partner and force‑multiplier, you’ll orchestrate the rhythms, communications, and cross‑functional initiatives that power the People function at AG1. Beyond expertly managing complex calendars and correspondence, you will own offsite and project planning, craft Board‑level deliverables, solely own projects that support the team’s objectives and design scalable processes that accelerate decision‑making and business outcomes. You will also be asked to support additional C-Suite leaders intermittently while at company events or during critical moments of the company’s growth. Success in this role requires executive presence, impeccable judgment, and the agility to drive clarity and momentum across multiple time zones, stakeholders, and shifting priorities. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CPO, helping to align priorities, track critical initiatives, and anticipate operational needs. • Provide high-level calendar and communication management, including gatekeeping and briefing for internal and external engagements. • Design, lead, and deliver cross-functional People Team projects and initiatives that enhance collaboration, execution, and employee experience. • Prepare and refine executive-level presentations, written communications, dashboards, and reports that support decision-making and culture related storytelling. • Act as a point of continuity and execution in the CPO's absence, ensuring alignment and progress on ongoing priorities. • Partner with the broader EA network to model and elevate best-in-class executive support, creating systems, templates, and rituals that improve alignment and efficiency. • Organize executive travel (domestic and international) and People Team events, offsites, and milestones, ensuring they are inclusive, values-driven, and well-executed. • Represent the People Team in team meetings and planning forums, ensuring follow-through and alignment across priorities. • Leads with the highest integrity and confidence with all policies and practices. • Anticipates, prepares, revises, and sends correspondence on behalf of the CPO and People team. • Serves as the SME for the function, identifying and solving issues that arise in the absence of the CPO that assist the HRBPs • Is the culture champion for the People team and keeps the department effectively sharing information, collaborating, and maintaining a high level of engagement. • Be a partner, resource and a committed team member of our AG1 EA community. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 12+ years of progressive experience in executive operations, administration, or project management, with at least 5+ years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments; global experience is a plus. • Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and move with urgency. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects or initiatives within People, HR, or business operations. • Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency. • Strong critical thinking skills.
