Role OverviewAs a Pricing Manager for the UK & Ireland, you’ll own strategies that balance customer value, supplier growth, and long-term margins. You’ll use advanced analytics and financial modelling to drive key decisions, present insights to senior leadership, and guide a high-performing team of analysts. This is a high-impact, commercially strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and decision-making. Responsibilities Optimise Pricing & Margins — design and execute pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability Forecasting & Financial Planning — partner with Finance on modelling, scenario planning, and investment decisions Data-Driven Insights — use SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Python/R to analyse trends and predict outcomes Influence Leadership — present risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders Cross-Functional Collaboration — align with Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and Analytics Lead & Mentor — coach junior analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performance team Qualifications Proven experience in pricing or a related analytical field Strong skills in SQL and Excel (BigQuery and Python/R a plus) Commercial mindset with ability to balance customer, supplier, and profitability goals Skilled at turning complex data into actionable business strategies Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders Structured, proactive problem-solver in fast-paced environments Background in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods a plus (not required) Why Join?
