Influencer Research VA (EU markets) – Simple Tasks, Paid Trial this week

Job You will help us prepare an influencer seeding list (about 60 gifts total). Main tasks (simple) - Find creators (Instagram). Use Modash (we give access). - Export to CSV (about 40 per country). - Score each creator with our simple rubric (we give it). - Shortlist 12 per country (best fit). - Prepare links (copy/paste our template for discount code + UTM). - Fill tracker (Excel). - You do NOT send messages to creators. We do that. - No store access. Only Excel + Modash. What “good” looks like - Clean sheet. No typos. No broken links. - Creators match our look (neutral, natural light, elegant). - 12 best per country are on-brand. Skills needed - Basic English (simple messages). - Google Sheets/Excel (filters, copy/paste, basic formulas). - You used any influencer tool before (Modash, CreatorDB, Heepsy, etc.) – nice to have. Tools we use - Modash (we provide) and Excel. - Our copy/paste prompts for scoring (we provide). Trial (paid, 2–3 hours) We give you one country. In 2–3h: - Export 40 creators from Modash. - Score with our rubric. - Deliver 12 best with links + one line “why”. - Make the links with our template (code + UTM). - We review. If good → continue for all countries. Hours & rate Trial: 2–3 hours (this week). Then 20–25 hours over 1–2 weeks. How to apply (answer all 4) 1. Show 2–3 Instagram creators you found in Spain that fit “backless / wedding guest / neutral style” (links). 2. What influencer tools have you used? (Any is OK.) 3. Rate in Excel (1–10). 4. Can you start a paid 2–3h trial this week? (Yes/No + days) Simple rubric (we give this in a sheet) Aesthetic (1–5): neutral style, natural light, tasteful. Audience (1–5): mostly women, age 25–44, country match. Trust (1–5): good engagement, real comments, not too many ads. Practical (1–5): posts outfits / comfortable with backless/sheer.
