Atlassian, the company behind Trello, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Work Management team as a Strategic Sales Executive (SSE). As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving new sales growth, expanding existing relationships, and promoting the adoption of Trello and other Atlassian products. Job Summary As an Enterprise Account Executive, Work Management, Trello (SSE), you will be responsible for driving new sales growth and expanding existing relationships with top Fortune 500 companies. You will work closely with our global inbound sales team to identify new sales opportunities, develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and promote the adoption of Trello and other Atlassian products. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver exceptional results, build strong relationships with customers, and embody the values of Atlassian. Key Responsibilities: Overlay Sales: You will be responsible for overlaying sales on the work management team, supporting global inbound new sales for Trello, as well as new sales into named accounts. Named Accounts: You will cover named accounts in the strategic, enterprise, and mid-market segments for new Trello businesses, with a focus on $1M+ annual new bookings in Fortune 500 customers. Full Sales Cycle: You will own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional results. Co-Teaching and Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute sales strategies. Customer Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top Fortune 500 companies, and will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing relationships. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in single product sales, mid-market sales, or less complex sales, with a proven track record of success. Organization Skills: Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets. Communication Skills: Polished communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with large accounts, and to represent the values of Atlassian. Learning Agility: A fast learner, with the ability to quickly adapt to new sales strategies, products, and technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Enterprise Sales Experience: Experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for top Fortune 500 companies. Atlassian Experience: Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Trello, Jira, and Confluence. Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and innovation. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each geographic pay zone are: Zone A: $133,300 - $177,700 Zone B: $120,000 - $159,900 Zone C: $110,600 - $147,500 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
