Experienced Financial Analyst – Capital/Fixed Assets for Powertrain/Vehicle Parts Cost Management

About the Role We're seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Powertrain/Vehicle Parts Cost Management team. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you'll play a critical role in leading and supporting the life cycle of new and existing assets and cost functions for TMMK's Powertrain/Vehicle Parts Plant Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead TMMK Capital annual budget and quarterly forecast process to secure funds to support projects. Lead process management of new assets from securing funds, purchase of asset, and release of asset into production. Lead construction in process 'CIP' with the shop floor lead & TMNA PE lead to ensure timely and accurate asset hand over and release. Support annual fixed asset physical inventory and reconciliation. Prepare monthly depreciation analysis, journal entry preparation, reconciliation and reporting. Prepare, analyze, and report monthly Capital spending comparing actual vs. budget/forecast. Support manufacturing shop floor through education and preparation of capital ringi's to secure project funding. Provide direction to determine whether new cost to an existing asset meets the capitalization criteria. Support vehicle/powertrain plant monthly General Stores Inventory cycle count audits, semi-annual Direct Raw Material audits, and annual Production Parts Physical Inventory. What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills and experience. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Manufacturing/Cost Accounting experience. Experience with MS Excel. Demonstration of past leadership in a cross-functional environment. Added bonus if you have MBA, CPA, or CMA. Project Management Experience. Experience with SAP Financials or BPC 'Business Planning & Consolidation' Planning. Automotive Industry Experience. Toyota Accounting & Finance Experience.
