Location: Providence, RI About Us: We’re a thriving apartment community looking for a creative and hands-on individual to help us showcase our property, engage with prospects and residents online, and support the team with day-to-day needs around the community. Position Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Guru who will be responsible for building our online presence and marketing the property through Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This individual will also assist with light on-site duties such as supporting resident events, community tours, and general office tasks to help the property run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. • Capture photos/videos of the property, amenities, and resident events to showcase our community. • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media. • Track social media performance and suggest creative strategies for growth. • Assist property staff with resident relations, community activities, and light administrative support. • Help with general on-site needs to ensure the property operates efficiently. Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends. • Creative eye for photography, videography, and content creation. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask and jump in where needed. • Previous property management or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
