About the Role As an Executive Assistant to senior leadership in Global Customer Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Public Sector team. You'll provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents and Directors, serving as a trusted partner and Engagement Hub Champion for the Boston hub. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling purchase requests. Serve as Engagement Hub Champion for the Boston hub, partnering with VP engagement hub leaders to drive success. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal. Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents, demonstrating your exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills. Attend meetings and record meeting discussions, ensuring accurate and timely communication. Handle vendor invoices through purchase order processing and reconciliation, arranging travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare and submit expense reports, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Find new ways to increase office efficiency and innovative ways to support the team, demonstrating your proactive and solutions-focused approach. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to have: A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience in an administrative role. Administrative assistant experience, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership. Great Microsoft Office Suite skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A high level of confidentiality and discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive matters. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will make you an even more competitive candidate: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or communications. Experience juggling multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of success.
