As a remote employee, you'll be part of a global team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a lasting impact. **Job Summary** As an Associate Director, you'll work closely with our Chief and production team to help drive the success of live studio, remote, and REMI productions. Your responsibilities will include: * Helping the Chief with the execution and timing of shows, ensuring that all components are ready and in place * Coordinating with live shots, providing cues and prompts, and ensuring that audio and video levels meet live guidelines * Assisting with pre-production components, including announcements, advancements, prods, illustrations, enhancements, and virtual symbolism * Working with the Chief and production staff to develop storylines and execute studio moves during pre-production or live shows * Confirming areas of visitors (remote and studio) with Sound and Transmission/VCC, providing administrative work (FrameStores, IFBs, booking windows) * Participating in meetings with production to aid the development of visual content for the show * Helping the Chief, Maker, and Planning Maker with PCR arrangement, including comms and observing form * Overseeing game-related liabilities and traffic on REMI creations, discussing directly with various positions, including the break facilitator or red cap * Creating cards with special, deals, and article copy for ability to read on air * Running the pre-production meeting * Assisting with preparing new Partner Chiefs, providing feedback to help their development, and recording written feedback for management * Assuming ownership with self-improvement through free perception and training, getting familiar with different positions and equipment in the control room and studio as they relate to the Partner Chief job * Practicing and maintaining the Coordinating Division execution guidelines as they apply to leadership, communication, tasks, self-improvement, and creations, and consistently performing the obligations in general and works expected of the job **Key communications, broadcasting, media production) * At least three years of experience in live studio, remote, or REMI productions * Strong understanding of TV production and live studio operations * Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment * Diligent, conscientious, and enthusiastic about production, with a passion for innovative ideas and creative solutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability **Preferred Qualifications** * Coordinating experience in live studio, remote, or REMI productions * Bilingual language abilities (Spanish/English) * Experience working with different positions and equipment in the control room and studio **Skills and Competencies** *
