We collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to fully understand change initiatives and their impact, while partnering with Operational Leadership to capture insights that drive operational excellence. As Senior Transformation Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact change projects - often cross-functional, covering process enhancements, operational tool and technology implementations, and the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives within our operational teams. How you will make a difference: Deliver projects with excellence, following Safeguard Global’s best practices every step of the wayDive into all aspects of implementation - your impact starts on day one! Collaborate closely with our Product Development and Sales teams to ensure solutions are built right and work seamlesslyOwn client communication plans - keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and confidentBuild and maintain detailed project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that guide the wayLead productive meetings, capturing key actions and ensuring timely follow-upsStay ahead of the curve by identifying and managing project risks and issues proactivelyKeep change under control - own the Change Control Process to ensure smooth transitionsDrive forward progress through focused, impactful status meetingsCraft clear, insightful status reports that keep everyone in the loopManage schedules and budgets like a pro, ensuring accuracy and transparencyBridge the gap between Project Delivery and Development to keep everyone alignedCoordinate internal resources to deliver every project on time and with impactFoster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to deliver on key milestonesWhat will make you stand out: Proven experience leading complex, multi-layered transformation projects with confidence and clarityExperience driving large-scale change in a global environmentProven hands-on experience with Zendesk implementations or similar ticket based systems.
