We're looking for a Working Student Project Management(f/m/x) to support our founders and Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, project coordination, and internal operations. How you'll contributeAs a Working Student Project Management, you’ll be a vital force supporting our Founders and Chief of Staff in advancing Greenlyte’s strategic initiatives. You’ll drive projects, improve workflows, facilitate communication, and ensure we’re moving toward our mission efficiently and effectively. Specifically you will... Assist the Founders and Chief of Staff with operational and strategic tasksDrive and coordinate cross-functional projects and high-priority initiativesFacilitate team communication and external partner engagementOptimize workflows and internal processes for clarity and efficiencyConduct research, analyze data, and prepare presentations and reportsSupport investor relations, fundraising efforts, and market researchMonitor project timelines, track KPIs, and identify risks proactivelyHelp manage budgets, reporting, and documentationDraft proposals, contracts, and manage stakeholder relationsSet up internal tools and build databases to support decision-makingOversee product lifecycle management, including tracking lifecycle stages, utilizing online data management tools, and ensuring product information flows seamlessly across teamsYour first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverablesMonths 0–3: Onboarding & Early Impact Develop a strong understanding of Greenlyte’s mission, product, and organizational structureShadow the Chief of Staff and Founders to gain insight into key projects and prioritiesSupport project coordination tasks: scheduling, note-taking, action trackingSet up or refine internal tools for documentation, task management, and reportingAssist in preparing investor materials and internal updatesStart building databases for partner contacts, project trackers, and KPIsMonths 3–6: Driving Project Support & Workflow OptimizationTake ownership of smaller projects or project componentsProactively flag risks and suggest mitigation strategiesImplement and document improved workflows across at least one department (e.g., Operations, R&D)Provide analytical support (data analysis, market research, competitor intelligence)Assist in coordinating external partner or investor meetingsTrack progress and outcomes for 1–2 strategic initiativesMonths 6–12: Operational Independence & Strategic InvolvementIndependently lead cross-functional initiatives or internal process improvementsPrepare reports and decision-support documents for leadershipFacilitate internal communication and stakeholder engagement for key projectsMonitor and report on company-wide KPIs, proposing actionable improvementsContribute to drafting grant proposals, contracts, or funding decksHelp prepare for board or investor meetings with analysis and structured documentationBuild or refine systems to support scale-up, such as budget templates, research libraries, or CRM integrationsAbout youYou are currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related fieldA strong interest in startups, sustainability, and project managementAnalytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Airtable is a bonusSelf-starter mentality with a high sense of responsibility and ownershipWhat we offer20 days vacation plus public holidays to ensure you also have the down time needed to rest and recharge.
