Job Summary As a Remote Delta Airlines Social Media Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT infrastructure of Delta Airlines, ensuring seamless operations across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure the highest level of service delivery. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and be part of a team that is shaping the future of air travel. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and client care during field visits or dispatches, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues. Analyze errors or technical issues, determine root causes, and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Create timely and detailed support reports, documenting all activities, issues, and resolutions. Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including field engineers, professionals, and clients, to resolve complex technical issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Travel to various airport locations, as required, to provide technical support and resolve issues. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Proven experience in IT field engineering, technical support, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. High school diploma or equivalent required; A+ certification preferred. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds, as required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the aviation industry or with a similar company. Strong relational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management. Demonstrated honesty and trust, with a strong commitment to integrity and ethics. Experience with organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Technical expertise in a relevant field, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
