We’re hiring a Director of Global Events to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our global event programs—ranging from industry tradeshows to high-impact executive gatherings. You'll manage a team of event professionals and oversee a multimillion-dollar budget to deliver experiences that drive business outcomes. What You’ll Do: Develop and own a global events strategy aligned to revenue and growth goals. Lead and mentor a remote team, delegating tactical execution. Manage a $5M–$8M+ global events budget with precision and ROI accountability. Align event strategy with sales and go-to-market initiatives. Define KPIs, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize performance. Ensure seamless execution across diverse international regions. What You Bring: 7+ years in global B2B event leadership, with 4+ years managing teams. Experience in cybersecurity is a must, with knowledge of major conferences and regional nuances. Strong strategic planning, budget management, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Salesforce, event management tools, and marketing analytics platforms. Proven vendor management and contract negotiation capabilities. Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
