Job Summary As a Customer Care Team Leader at Payoneer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of customer service associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving performance targets. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Monitor the performance of a team of approximately 15 customer service associates, providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets. Communication and Collaboration: Conduct managerial routines such as team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and service procedures, ensuring alignment and engagement across the team. Escalation Management: Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, resolving complex problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze team performance metrics, preparing reports to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and resolve issues, working closely with different functions to implement changes and improvements. Project Management: Manage projects and tasks related to the customer care department, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an international call center environment. Language Skills: High English level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Managerial Skills: Strong managerial skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving results. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
