As an Online Chat Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services through live chat. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information. Document customer interactions and maintain records of conversations in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service quality. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred. Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is a plus. Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
