Job Overview: AI and Data Autonomous Network and Analytics Program Manager We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead our AI and Data (AI&D) efforts in supporting the Autonomous Network and Analytics organization. As the central coordination point across all AI&D development partners, including Data Engineering, Data Governance, AI Center (Data Scientists), Internal Network Enablement Catalysts, and Data Scientists, you will play a critical role in driving requirements definition, scope and impact assessment, and delivery execution. Your ability to influence and partner with business and technology stakeholders across the organization will be essential in building consensus, developing technology solutions, and implementing timelines. This position requires a strategic thinker who can work with and strategize savings initiative goals, guide and work across Network Enablement functions to ensure we meet our targets and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the intake, organization, and prioritization of projects and Use Cases, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and priorities. Drive the development and application of new technologies focused on AI and Big Data, leading cross-functional initiatives and developing action plans, establishing milestones, and providing status updates. Manage and communicate key timelines and deliverables to execute on strategic initiatives, driving requirements sessions, scope and impact assessment, and developing/communicating project schedules. Define and coordinate resources needed from across AI&D to enable effective execution of goals, analyzing and managing project risk, and developing risk mitigation plans. Define and manage the Autonomous Network and Analytics roadmap, ensuring clear communication up and down the organization on project status, and identifying opportunities to accelerate value capture within the Transformation program. Oversee the portfolio of projects to ensure these are being executed at full potential, ensuring the various AI&D Dev Teams deliver on their commitments and that the overall portfolio delivers on both operational metrics and financial benefits. Ensure alignment and communication across divisions, including variance reporting, budget risks and opportunities, timing, and savings calendarization. What We Are Looking For in a Candidate We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program/Project Manager who is great at bringing people together from different functions to work towards a common goal. You should have a strong ability to drive projects forward, even in the face of obstacles, and enjoy facilitating and communicating with others to help them perform at their best. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with your strong product development capabilities and project management/scrum master capabilities, will make you an ideal fit for this role. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience in a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale complex technology projects. Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, GCP (Other Cloud Based Platforms), and Network Cellular Technologies. Comprehensive understanding of how field organizations operate. AI / ML experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong product development capabilities in an enterprise or cross-functional role. Strong Project Management/Scrum Master capabilities in a development environment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, Clarity, Quickbase, Smartsheets).
