About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our launch activities. Working closely with the Dispatching Systems Owner, this role involves administering the daily tasks outlined in the CxAlloy execution plan. This includes closely monitoring the development schedule to prepare for implementing CxAlloy turnover check sheets and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the QA team to ensure the completion of punch items before scheduled walk-downs. Key Responsibilities Supports daily activities as per the Authorizing Systems Owner Leads CxAlloy execution plan Monitors development schedule for preparation to execute CxAlloy turnover check sheets Supports SME and QA team to ensure CxAlloy check sheet completion of punch items before scheduled walk-downs Verifies with QA team the quality of contractors' work on named systems Supports Tesla System Owners to handover to Manufacturing/Operations/Facilities Supports SME with mechanical piping and equipment check sheets by providing notifications of their completion Ensures check data sheets are being implemented accordingly through weekly updates Supports QA team, inspects equipment prior to installation Provides technical expertise, utilizing skills as Authorizing CxAlloy SME (Subject Matter Expert) Supports vendors by ensuring check sheets are completed during their charging of their equipment Provides weekly schedule status CxAlloy check sheets updates to assigned Scheduler(s) to show authorizing status progression, completion, or lack of progress Supports close down of authorizing check sheets with SME in weekly reviews Systemizes drawing packages and updates accordingly Systemizes Project wares, processes, and identifies system limits of each Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a strong foundation in data analysis and problem-solving. You will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, it would be desirable to have experience in the automotive or energy industry, as well as experience with data analysis tools and software. A strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment would also be an asset. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
