Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, as required.
