Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns. Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and current clients - selling Medicare products through specified carrier Assisting customers with selecting a plan Answering customer questions Building and maintaining customer relationships Keeping records confidential Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of payments. Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on call issues. Upsell if required.
