Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Business Improvement team and help us take Vector Arrangements to the next level. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in qualifying and fostering inbound leads, building business relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Qualifying and fostering inbound leads and building business relationships through outbound prospecting Responding to inbound leads in a timely manner, as illustrated in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) Fostering qualified deals and developing future pipeline potential Acquiring revenue through outbound cold pitching across a range of existing Vector Arrangements clients and breaking into net new logos in designated regions and markets Identifying key decision-makers within new accounts Working collaboratively with and influencing partners to foster designated records, call methodologies, and reporting to drive qualified opportunities Planning and executing qualified discovery meetings/item demos for Account Executives to lead Meeting monthly essential goals for developing revenue in accounts through creating a reliable sales pipeline Working closely with sales and marketing teams to provide better insights into the outcomes of marketing initiatives and creating new pipeline Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and reporting on all movements and results using Salesforce and Effort Developing and maintaining a variety of contacts (calls, emails, social, etc.) on all prospects in your designated territory Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) 0-2 years' experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Positive and lively telephone skills, with excellent listening and communication abilities A continuous desire to improve sales productivity and business acumen A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and drive, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment A passion for learning and growth, with a desire to develop and advance within a sales organization Knowledge of business operations, roles, and organizational design Experience with Salesforce, Effort, and Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required The ability to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: Experience working in a data entry or sales-related role Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills A proven track record of success in sales development or a similar role What You Can Expect From Us At Vector Arrangements, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that's designed to help you grow and thrive.
