Financial Analyst

SUMMARYThe Analyst will provide necessary reporting and analytics on financial results and operational metrics. This role will use financial acumen to support decision making to drive results in a rapidly evolving environment. The position will also be heavily involved in the annual budgeting process & other forecast requests and aid in automating reporting, analytics, and other processes. This is a hybrid remote/on-site role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support Operations Finance Team with reporting/analytics e.g., Treatment Volume & Expense Variance Analysis, Denovo performance, Labor Analysis (Productivity, Cost per Treatment, etc.), JV performance, and other key KPIs. Support Ops & other cross-functional leaders with ad hoc analysis/requests to help better understand business performance, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with Ops Finance team; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job. Occasional travel may be required. QualificationsQualifications/Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, decision sciences, or another analytical discipline strongly preferred. Entry level position, however, experience in healthcare or other fast paced environments is a plus. Intermediate Excel skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles & financial statements. Tableau, Planful or other Business Intelligence & Data Visualization software experience preferred. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload. Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
