As a government contractor, we provide disability (pension) and occupational health examination services to clients such as the U. S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Department of Justice, and U. About the Role This is a remote position that requires up to 70% regional travel within your designated region. As a Travel LPN/LVN Sr, you will be part of our Mobile Clinical Operations (MCO) team, providing exemplary customer service to patients and providers during events. You will work closely with clinical providers, take medical histories, perform diagnostic procedures, and assist with administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Provide assistance to attending clinical providers, including assisting patients, taking medical histories, and administering injections and immunizations. Accurately receive and carry out clinical staff/provider orders. Perform standard diagnostic procedures, such as EKGs, venipuncture, and preparation and running of lab specimens for laboratory courier. Perform housekeeping functions, including changing exam room table paper and maintaining the cleanliness of the office. Chaperone during examinations as required or requested. Handle front office duties, such as answering telephones, preparing schedules, confirming appointments, data entry, filing, and inventory management. Verify information through dialogue with clinical providers on all orders/instructions given. Assist in the reconciliation and identification of medications for upload and possible refill in the EMR application. Work with providers and operational teams to ensure reports are submitted timely and accurately. Complete administrative duties on-site, including expense reports, in a timely manner following company policy. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or ER. Current use and proficiency in Manual Vitals, EKGs, Blood Draws, and Venipuncture. Clean and clear LPN/LVN license. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; those willing to obtain prior to hire may apply. Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) to operate across the U. S.; must reside in a state that is in the nursing compact. Valid U. S. Driver's License and ability/willingness to drive between work locations. Reside within 50 miles (or less) of a major US airport. Ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's Degree or higher. Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
