Job SummaryLead and manage a team of software engineers and application support staff including employees, consultant, and managed service providers, to support cloud-based services, off-the-shelf enterprise software, and related integrations with third-party services and TTX custom applications. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of software engineers and application support staff including employees, consultant, and managed service providers, to support cloud-based services, off-the-shelf enterprise software, and related integrations with third-party services and TTX custom applicationsManage assignments and delivered resultsManage and build effective working relationships with cloud service providers, managed services providers, TTX technical staff and TTX functional pillar to deliver business objectives, ensure successful organizational operations, including 24x7 availability of services and systemsHelp to define and enforce cloud services standards, patterns, practices, procedures, and system controls to ensure business process stability, data consistency and application reliability; help adoption of new and advanced cloud and COTs solution featuresCoach less experienced staff members to improve technical and non-technical skills to improve team effectivenessEnsure necessary technical documentation exists and is maintainedEmployee performance management including yearly reviews and hiring as neededVendor relationship management and handle software licensing renewalsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science6 years of related experience 6 years of experience analyzing and managing business requirements throughout a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies5 years of experience managing projects, including project estimation, planning, scheduling, scope management, tracking project metrics, creating RFPs, business cases, project charters, strategies and roadmaps, and manage communications with customer and stakeholders5 years of experience preparing test strategies and test cases in Microsoft TFS, tracking test results and metrics and creating project metrics using SQL queries1 year of experience defining, designing, testing and implementing business solutions using IBM Maximo4 months of experience managing cross-functional teams working on an integrated product100% remote position. Must live in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, or WY.
