Job Overview & Key Responsibilities We're looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Leader to drive the success of our Customer Data Platform and Adobe Experience Platform initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within scope, and budget, while aligning with our broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and objectives. Create, maintain, and track project plans, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide use cases, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define application controls, governance structures, and success parameters. Navigate complex projects, providing solutions and ensuring that all teams align on a unified vision. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the program strategy. Establish clear communication channels across teams, ensuring transparency and fluidity in information dissemination. Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues or delays. Implement project risk management strategies to mitigate potential obstacles. Troubleshoot technical issues associated with the platform and implement solutions. Collaborate with IT and other teams to align on tech needs and implementations. Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications: Proven experience in program management, preferably in the area of customer data platforms and personalization. Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building and nurturing relationships across departments. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve situational and systemic challenges. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to success. Strong technical aptitude, specifically with customer data management. Experience working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) To stand out from the competition, you'll ideally possess: Professional certification in program or project management. Prior experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar customer data platforms. Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and implementation challenges. Prior experience with enterprise Project Management tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, etc. Experience in a large organization or Fortune 500 company.
