The OpportunityAs a Client Success Specialist, you’ll play a key support role in ensuring our commercial clients receive fast, reliable, and proactive service across renewals, onboarding, and upsell opportunities. You’ll collaborate directly with the Client Success Team Lead and be the backbone of our service delivery model—ensuring our tech tools, communication cadence, and operational workflows run smoothly. What You’ll DoClient Service & Renewal SupportTrack upcoming renewals and ensure clients are engaged well in advance of expiry datesProactively market and remarket policies to ensure clients receive the best possible coverage and pricing year after yearPrepare renewal documentation, request updated underwriting info, and coordinate quote comparisonsMonitor key accounts in HubSpot and our policy systems for service tasks, mid-term changes, or gapsAssist in delivering exceptional client experience—responding to client questions, COIs, and policy updates in a timely mannerWorkflow & OperationsMaintain data hygiene in our CRM and policy systemsEnsure policy documents, binders, and invoices are uploaded, shared, and tracked accuratelySupport automation workflows tied to onboarding, renewals, and NPS/CES surveysFlag process bottlenecks or inconsistencies and suggest optimizationsTeam Collaboration & DevelopmentParticipate in weekly standups, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching with the Team LeadCollaborate on upsell and cross-sell campaigns for coverage expansions (e.g., Cyber, Crime, Legal Expense)Assist with onboarding new teammates as the team scales What You Bring1–3 years in an account coordination, customer service, or brokerage support role (Level 2 insurance license preferred)Exceptional organization and follow-through—nothing slips through the cracksStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable with tools like HubSpot, Google WorkspaceEager to learn and grow in a client-facing insurance roleRIBO licensed (or willing to pursue licensing within 90 days)Why Join Summit?
