Key Responsibilities As an Executive Recruiter with Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include: Talent Sourcing: Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates for executive positions. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
